Bimini Bay Resort and Casino Land Development
SRS prepared all civil engineering design plans and specifications for the construction of several land development projects for the Bimini Bay Resort located in Bimini, Bahamas. Projects included: Connection to Water Plant. The Peninsula. The Island. Bay Front Recreation Center. Phase C-1. SRS services included the civil design of all on-site roadways, paving and grading, drainage and storm water management systems, water and sewer systems, and sewer pump stations.
Greater Accra Regional Hospital Facility at Ridge
SRS was responsible for all site civil engineering for the Ridge Hospital Project, Phase I and II, in Accra, Ghana. The project was divided into two construction phases. Phase 1 consists of the 6-story 420 bed clinical therapy and inpatient building, a 3-story logistics building, staff residence building (Phase 1) and associated car park spaces, Energy Centre area which includes the main chillers, generators and transformers, and associated road works, external works, hard and soft landscaping. Phase 2 consists of the 6-story 200 bed outpatient building, staff residences (Phase 2) with associated car park spaces, the new morgue building, the new School of Anesthesia, the Crèche, and associated road works, external works, hard and soft landscaping. The total area of the Land is about 13.75 acres.
Corporate Headquarters for National Insurance Board
SRS Engineering, Inc. was responsible for design of all site civil improvements for the NIBTT project. The project consist of a 5 story (93,000 SF) office building, 2 story underground carpark garage, and associated surface parking, access drives and landscaping areas. Site civil improvements included demolition of existing buildings and parking areas, site grading, a main access drive, surface carpark areas and loading area for the new building, new site utilities including potable water lines, water lines for fire protection, sanitary sewer lines, oil/water separator, site drainage system, roof drains and condensate drain collection system, and irrigation water storage tanks.
