PROJECT DESCRIPTION
SRS prepared all civil engineering design plans and specifications for the construction of an approximately 84-acre mix-use Single Family/Townhouse development consisting of 477 residential units, including 231 townhouses, 246 single family homes, as well as 9.2-ac lake. The project is located south of SW 240th Street between the Florida Turnpike and SW 112th Avenue in southwest Miami-Dade. SRS services included the civil design of all on-site roadways, paving and grading, drainage and storm water management systems, water and sewer systems, design of off-site water and sewer systems and roadway improvements to adjacent portions of SW 112th Avenue and SW 240th Street. Other services included contracting and coordinating all topographical surveys and geotechnical investigations; all environmental studies including wetland mitigation reports and preparation of ERP permit.

SRS prepared all civil engineering design plans and specifications for the construction of an Preparation of civil engineering design plans and specifications for the construction of an approximately 152-acre single-family and townhome residential development comprised of 1,171 residential units, including 487 single family homes, 118 townhouses, 253 villas, 314 apartments, and single family homes; as well as 16-ac lake. The project is located east of NW 97th Avenue between the NW 146th Street and NW 154th Street in the City of Hialeah. SRS services included assisting in the site plan development and the civil design of all on-site roadways, paving and grading, drainage and storm water management systems, water and sewer systems, and a sewer pump station. Services also included design of off-site roadway improvements along adjacent portions of NW 97th Avenue and new roadways - NW 146th Street and NW 154th Street. Other services included contracting and coordinating all geotechnical investigations; all environmental studies including wetland mitigation reports and preparation of ERP permit. Permitting included all applicable regulatory agencies including FDOT, SFWMD, COE, RER, MDCPWD, City of Hialeah Water and Sewer Dept, Street Dept., and Fire Dept, and Health Dept.
South Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center Design-Build
Location: Florida City, Florida

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consisted of the engineering design plans and specifications for the construction of an approximately 40-acre evaluation and treatment center located in Florida City, Florida. Work included the design of on-site paving, grading and drainage, surface water management design, off-site roadway improvements, on-site gravity sewer system, private sewer pump stations and force mains and on-site and off-site water system to serve on-site development We also assisted in the preparation of applications and documentation for submittal of an Environmental Resources Permit as required by SFWMD, DERM, and ACOE; preparation of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Notice of Intent applications and documentation. Construction phase services including reviewing payment request, responding to RFI, and conducting construction inspections.
